Work with me
You have a Power Platform system that has to carry real weight. Maybe it’s live and starting to crack. Maybe it’s still on paper and you want the structure right before you pour it. That’s the work I do.
Call me when
- A canvas app is fighting delegation, timeouts or connector limits, and every fix makes the next one harder.
- Connector actions — SharePoint, Graph — work in testing and fail at volume.
- You’re about to commit to a Dataverse data model and security design you’ll live with for years.
- You want a real React front end without leaving the platform (Power Apps Code Apps).
- Changing a document layout means a release (SSRS, Word templates).
- AI is in the loop, and the numbers still have to be right.
Three ways to work
Architecture review. I read your data model, security, flows and integration points, and give you a written load assessment: what holds, what breaks first, and what to change, in that order.
Build. Dataverse model, Code Apps / canvas / model-driven front ends, and Power Automate and Azure Functions where the platform stops. MVP first, then a hardening pass — the 3M-file system below shipped its MVP in about a month and was production-hardened by month two.
Rescue. An app that works in the demo and fails in production. I diagnose from evidence, fix what’s load-bearing, and delete what isn’t.
Load tests passed
No client names. The numbers are real.
- Document management for a 200+ person CPA practice — more than 3 million files, tied to engagement and billing records across 15 Dataverse entities. How it held up
- A fleet of full React apps running natively on Dataverse for a professional-services firm — no separate hosting, no bespoke API. The read/write split
- A shared-database audit — 15 of 23 tables had row-level security switched off. Found and locked. What was exposed
- A contract-interest engine — the AI extracts every figure with a page citation; a deterministic engine does the maths. Why the model never calculates
- A time clock that flags missed breaks while the shift is still running, not two weeks later at payroll. The monitoring pattern
Products
When a problem repeats, it becomes a product: SSS DocGen and PSA Hub, both at Simple Smooth Safe.

Book 30 minutes or email me. Bring what the system does, rough data volumes, and what’s breaking. I’ll tell you straight whether low-code is the right material for it.
